Haines City Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing is a Concrete Flooring Contractor based in Haines City, Florida, offering concrete flooring installation, coating, and related services to residential and commercial customers. Services are provided at customer properties throughout our service areas in Florida.
All services are subject to availability, property access, site conditions, and any applicable local permits or requirements. We reserve the right to decline any project that we determine cannot be completed safely, legally, or to our quality standards.
Any estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time of the site visit or inquiry. Estimates are not final contracts. Pricing may change if the scope of work changes, if the condition of the substrate differs from what was observed during the estimate, or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project.
We will notify you of any material changes to scope or price before additional work proceeds. Written estimates expire 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted.
Appointments are scheduled at mutually agreed times. Weather conditions, particularly in Central Florida's rainy season, may require us to reschedule application days for coating or concrete work where humidity, rain, or extreme temperatures would compromise the quality of the installation. We will contact you promptly if rescheduling is necessary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance by calling (863) 695-9988 or emailing contact@hainescityepoxyflooringandconcretepolishing.com. Late cancellations may result in a fee if materials were ordered or crew time was allocated for your project.
You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible on the scheduled service date. For flooring and coating projects, this includes removing vehicles, furniture, storage items, and any other items from the work area before the crew arrives, unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed in writing.
You represent that you have the legal authority to authorize work on the property, either as the owner or as an authorized agent of the owner.
Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the project. For larger projects, we may require a deposit prior to scheduling.
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of estimate. Balances not paid when due may be subject to a late fee. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through lawful means.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms, including duration and coverage, will be provided in writing at the completion of each project. Warranties apply only to workmanship and do not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse, physical impact, chemical exposure outside of normal cleaning, flooding, or conditions beyond our control.
Product warranties, if applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty. We will provide manufacturer warranty documentation upon request.
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to contact@hainescityepoxyflooringandconcretepolishing.com within the warranty period. We will assess the claim and respond within a reasonable time.
Except as expressly stated in a written warranty provided at project completion, all services and website content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no warranties regarding the fitness of any surface or substrate for a particular use or the longevity of any coating under conditions we cannot control.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
